One, I'm not sure what CANADA stands for, and am in no way affiliated with their organization. I simply saw what I thought was a beach towel, adorned with a relatively unaggressive, seemingly nature oriented symbol, and thought it would work nicely also as a cape. I'm not sure what else to say. I wore it as a cape, and I used it as a beach towel. It worked as one would expect in both cases.
