this will become a collectible item-
it is made from a polished aluminum, the legs are sturdy (dont think they will snap off easily) My only concern is too much handling will create scratches on it- good thing it would be easy to polish. I dont think it would work as a bookend- not the right shape- otherwise that would justify my buying second.
