(More customer reviews)I received these yesterday and I have to say they are an outstanding item for a Scotty lover or a S&P collector.
They are very heavy and well made. The color on their tartans stands out more than I thought it would but it is tasteful, adding pleasantly to their appeal. The chamber for your spice is closed by a hard plastic stopper and is small, basically just a straight shot from the the stopper to the holes on the Scottie's back.
Because of the limited amount of salt or pepper they can hold along with their weight you will most likely not want them for everyday use, but they do make a nice impression and Scotty lovers will have every reason to love them. Definitely worth the splurge.
