(More customer reviews)I purchased this flag for our village center / meeting and community rooms, and it does the job. The flag has received positive comments on its appearance, it is portable (can be used in ceremonies, etc.) and looks good, with its fringe and sectional but sturdy pole. The base is to be filled with sand, but the diameter is slightly small - I'd recommend filling the base with steel shot or something heavier than sand for the greatest stability. It's a good value for the price, and shipping and delivery were prompt.
