(More customer reviews)Very heavy and nice looking. Could hold a very large heavy tree with no problem. This stand is the second one of these I have owned. The only reason I needed a new one is because the first one got left outside in the winter. It filled up with water and then froze and the bottom cracked. So don't leave your stand outside after christmas and it should last for many years. Lesson learned.
