(More customer reviews)I ordered this product on December 27, 2010 and was told it would be received the first week of January, 2011. I had sent it to my son in Florida. I went on the site to track the shipment and it stated it was delivered 12/31 (it was not). I then contacted Walker Books,via email to find out what was going on. After many back and forth nasty emails from them, amazingly the item was delivered January 26th!!! This was after Walker Books told me they would NOT reship the item unless I paid for another one. As far as they were concerned it was delivered and that was that!! My son says the item looks very nice and is excited to use it next Christmas, but purchase it from another seller. DO NOT USE Walker Books - they do not back up their shipments and have terrible customer service. Their motto (as far as I'm concerned) is "The Customer is always WRONG, and Walker Books is aways right!!!
