I wanted to purchase this item because I had all of the other Celebration Barbie ornaments in this series (for my daughter) except this very first one. I wish I did more research before purchasing this particular ornament because I paid more than other sellers offered the same product for. When I received the ornament (and it was shipped very timely), the ornament itself was almost perfect, but the plastic packaging it came in (all Hallmark ornaments of that era are in that plastic packaging inside the box) is all yellowed. It looks like the plastic packaging either sat in direct sunlight for an extended period of time or it was exposed to heavy cigarette smoke for an extended period of time. It doesn't smell smokey, so I am assuming it was damaged by sunlight. It was not discolored by age because I have several Hallmark ornaments older than this one and none of the packaging has been yellowed with age. I may buy another one just to see if I can get a more perfect ornament.
