Many of the other kneeling Santa statues look kind of cheap. This one has a beautiful face for Santa, and the Christ child. All in all, a wonderful gift for someone, or a great addition to your own home's holiday decor. :)

Island Christmas Glass Swizzle Sticks Review

(More customer reviews)If you want good gifts left for you at Christmas, there are two important requirements: 1. A clean chimney. (No explanation needed.) 2. A good, stiff drink. (Lots of folks leave milk and cookies, but really, Santa is looking for a good mixed drink or a fine single malt Scotch. (27 year old Laphroaig is hard to ignore. Ardbeg Uigeadail works as well.))
If you save the Scotch for yourself, let me recommend the following drink to go with the Island Christmas Glass Swizzle Sticks:
Noel, Noel, Rum, Noel
6oz Perrier
2oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1tsp Cane sugar
1oz Dark rum (US Virgin Island preferred)
1oz Light rum (Cuban is best, Jamaican works fine)
2-3 Fresh cilantro leaves
Mix all ingredients save for the Perrier and cilantro leaves in a large cappuccino mug with plenty of ice. Pour in the Perrier and gently mix with the swizzle stick. Float the cilantro leaves on top. Place next to the cookies and gift request on a small table near the chimney.

Santa is the most important part of the set though because without him the deer alone just don't look right. These ornaments work well as display pieces though because they stand good so you can enjoy these without putting them on your tree. This is a great Keepsake Ornament from Hallmark.

Mine is on our bookshelf next to the cremains of our beloved golden retriever mix, Jake.
