This is a beautiful blue jellyfish that glows very brightly in the dark, it is a very solid item and has good weight to it. Since it has a smaller base it is a little tipsy. I do not think it would make a great paper weight because of that. I enjoy the look of this item so I like to leave them around. I absolutely love these. They glow very brightly for hours so it is beautiful day and night.
